assess your suitability and eligibility for
obtaining a home loan, personal loan, commercial
loan, and other forms of finance and related
services. The personal information we
collect usually falls into the following
categories; General information, such as name,
address, contact details and date of birth,
Statements of assets and liabilities, Income and
expenditure and Credit information.
PERSONAL INFORMATION PURPOSES
We collect your
information in order to complete your
application for finance.
DISCLOSURES
We may disclose
your personal information for the purposes for
which it is held or for a related secondary
purpose. We may also disclose your
information where under a legal duty we are
required to do so.

about you, and request a copy of that
information. We will endeavour to provide
you with this information within 30 days of

it breaches any confidentiality that attaches to
